How customer information is handled.

When you place an order, contact the brand, or use the shop, Mend My Locs may receive information such as your name, email address, shipping address, billing details, order contents, and messages you send to support.

The store is powered by Shopify. Payment, tax, shipping, and checkout information may be processed by Shopify and its connected payment, shipping, analytics, or fraud-prevention providers.

When you submit a product review, Mend My Locs receives the display name, star rating, product selection, review text, and publication permission you provide. A one-way technical identifier may be used to limit repeated submissions; the review system does not retain the raw IP address used to create that identifier.

Information is used to process orders, provide customer support, respond to product questions, send order updates, maintain the store, reduce fraud, and improve the customer experience.

Review information is checked automatically for common spam and, with your permission, published immediately on the website. Published reviews may be removed later by the Mend My Locs team.

Mend My Locs does not sell customer personal information as a standalone business model.

If you opt in to marketing emails, you may receive product, launch, or brand updates. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in the email.

Transactional messages, such as order confirmations or support replies, may still be sent when needed to complete a customer request.

The website and store may use cookies or similar technologies to keep the cart working, remember preferences, understand site performance, and support checkout security.

Browser settings may let you limit cookies, but some store or checkout features may not work correctly if required cookies are disabled.

Orders, checkout, hosting, and product reviews may rely on third-party services, including Shopify, Supabase, payment processors, shipping providers, email tools, analytics tools, and hosting providers.

Those services may process information under their own privacy policies and security practices.
