Processing
Order processing begins after payment is authorized and the order is confirmed. Processing and carrier timelines may vary during launches, holidays, weather disruptions, or high-volume periods.
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If you notice an address issue after ordering, contact support as soon as possible.
Returns and exchanges
Because personal-care products can be opened or used, return eligibility depends on the condition of the item and the details of the order.

Damaged or incorrect orders
If an item arrives damaged, missing, or incorrect, email support with your order number and photos of the package and item so the issue can be reviewed.
Refunds
